REAL Crisis Support Groups:
1. Sexual Assault Support Group for Victims

A confidential session is required before attending support groups to ensure the group will meet the needs of the victim throughout the healing process. This will allow each participant to gain the most support from the group.
2. Sexual Assault Support Group for Loved Ones
Day: Thursday
Time: 7:00-8:00PM
Place: REAL Crisis Center
Greenville, NC
Length: Six weeks
Type: Open group/meets weekly

This group will provide loved ones with the essential tools to better support the victims of sexual assault in their lives.
3. Sexual Assault On-line Support Group for Victims
Day: Wednesday
Time: 7:00-8:00PM
Place: Via Internet,
Yahoo Instant Messenger
Length: On-going
Type: Closed group/meets weekly
(*Closed Groups=victims only)
Some victims want the ability to connect with other victims in a group setting; however, prefer the privacy of their own home. For this purpose, an on-line support group is held so members can receive support from others and guidance from a trained victim’s advocate. Members will connect from their home computer using a Yahoo messenger ID provided by a REAL Crisis Victim Advocate.
