REAL Crisis Center exists for individuals contemplating suicide or struggling with thoughts of suicide.
Available by telephone, walk-in, or through off-site crisis teams, our intervention counseling, information, and referral services are available to anyone.

Life can sometimes seem hopeless for someone in a traumatic or overwhelming moment. The most powerful tool we all have is awareness. If you find yourself concerned about a situation or individual, counselors are ready 24/7.
If your organization needs to raise awareness around individuals in need, how to identify them, and how to get them help, our outreach teams provide education, training and resources free of charge.
Get Certified to Help
Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST)
ASIST is a two-day interactive workshop in suicide first aid. It teaches participants to recognize when someone may have thoughts of suicide and support their immediate safety. Participants don’t need any formal training to attend the workshop and anyone 18 or older can attend.
This workshop is not recommended for people who have had a recent suicide loss.
